The month of March brought many new tech developments that were especially notable to our work. Here is our roundup of tech and app development news.

  • Another Mobile World Congress is in the books. Check out Mashable’s recap of the event.
  • At Facebook’s F8 Developer Conference, they revealed their plans for Messenger as a platform and Parse for Internet of Things. (via TechCrunch)
  • Apple’s March event focused heavily on the Apple Watch. This New York Times article says that its success will depend on the apps.
  • Many startup founders think that seeking outside capital is the only way to grow their companies, but bootstrapping is a great option that they should consider. This TechCrunch article explains the many benefits of bootstrapping.
