Loop for Success (Loop) is a real estate technology company based in Calgary, Alberta, that supports the day-to-day operations of real estate professionals by simplifying the home buying and selling experience. Loop’s mission is to alleviate the stress associated with real estate project management while offering clients enhanced transparency and control over daily tasks.

Challenge

After encountering difficulties while working with an overseas software development team, Loop turned to Vertical Motion for project management and software testing support to successfully finish this phase of development. Following its completion, Loop needed additional assistance transitioning software development operations back to Canada for refactoring and final development.

Solution

Vertical Motion swiftly teamed up with Loop to address this rapidly evolving situation. Initially engaged as consultants, our team provided expert guidance throughout the remainder of the project, employing an agile methodology of project management. In addition to this, we conducted comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure adherence to agreed-upon requirements. Following the completion of the development phase, we successfully facilitated the transition of software development operations back to Canada for meticulous code review and cleanup. Finally, our team of developers, project managers, and business analysts meticulously planned, designed, and developed a commercial-grade CRM software solution tailored for real estate professionals, enabling efficient client management, deal tracking, and organizational functionalities.
